JIRA Issue Highlighting
JIRA Issue Highlighting is a free Chrome extension developed by jeroen.meulendijks. It falls under the category of Browsers, specifically Add-ons & Tools. This extension allows users to highlight the background color of issues in JIRA.
To use this extension, users need to follow a simple set of steps. Firstly, they should navigate to "Board Settings" and then select "Card Colors." Normally, setting the card colors in JIRA only adds a bar on the left side of the issue. However, with JIRA Issue Highlighting, the whole card is colored. The bar on the left side of the issue will be assigned the color set by "Card Color," while the rest of the card will be given a 90% lighter shade of that color. For example, if the bar is set to dark green, the rest of the card will be light green.
With JIRA Issue Highlighting, users can easily distinguish between different issues in JIRA by their background colors, making it more visually appealing and user-friendly.
